Sterling Corporate Headquarters The Sterling Corporate
Headquarters project benefited from the coordinated effort of Cedarwood
Development, Cedarwood Architectural and Tri-C Construction.
Built
in three phases, this project consisted of the development, design and
construction of three office buildings totaling 354,000 square feet over
32 acres of rolling hills and streams.
coordinated build-to-suit Cedarwood Development was
instrumental in directing advantageous purchase, rezoning and financing
arrangements for Sterling; Cedarwood Architectural designed a beautiful,
functional project; while Tri-C implemented the construction in a timely,
cost-effective project.
fast-tracked and spectacular The first phase was
fast-tracked, with construction of a 3-story office building completed in
seven months. This phase included the creation of a 3.5-acre lake with an
illuminated water feature.
Phase 2 included an award-winning
two-story atrium, where interior neon lighting and deconstructivist beams
bedeck a pre-function area that also houses two working jewelry stores.
Precious Gems Learning Center, a childcare facility for employees, was
also built during Phase 2.
A 3-story office building with two wings
joined by a full-height atrium comprised Phase 3, along with a pedestrian
bridge that spans the lake to connect Phases 1 and 3.
