Precious Gems Learning Center
This daycare facility (infant
through pre-school) was designed as part of the Sterling Corporate
Headquarters for the children of Sterling employees.
The 11,000
square-foot learning center was carefully designed to include eight
classrooms, each with a private, covered patio and with restroom and
cabinet fixtures scaled to the height of each age group. A sunny, central
multi-purpose space with a vaulted ceiling provides access and views to an
outdoor play area.
The project team, consisting of Cedarwood
Development, Cedarwood Architectural and Tri-C Construction, was able to
expedite the design, permitting the construction of this facility in
record time, and to provide reliable cost estimates throughout.
