Marriott Suites on Sand Key
This luxury resort hotel in Clearwater, Florida, features 220 suites, each with glorious views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico.

The resort is owned by Cedarwood and was developed by Cedarwood Development. Cedarwood Architectural was the lead design architect and construction was the responsibility of Tri-C Construction.

The ten-story, 193,500 square-foot building stands on 7.9 acres and adjoins the 30,000 square-foot Shoppes at Sand Key. An extensive tropical pool area is complete with a waterfall, recreation building, pool bar and a boardwalk connection to the shops.

Marriott Suites Resort on Sand Key has five restaurants, three lounges and an 11-room Conference Center with 7,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space plus outdoor function areas.

Each guest suite has a separate living room with a wet bar, sleep sofa, executive work area and entertainment center. Each bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool, and baths have marble floors and countertops.
