Borders Books & Music
As a Preferred Program Developer, Designer and Builder for Borders, we have developed dozens of stores throughout the U.S. in sizes ranging from 23,000 to 40,000 square feet.
As part of our build-to-suit services for the Borders' program, we have provided site acquisition, development, financing, design and construction. Each project was tailored to site and market needs.
One- and two-story stores for Borders Books & Music have been built as freestanding buildings or within our retail centers in Hyannis, MA; Tampa, FL; Portland, ME; and Atlanta, GA, to name a few.
